My Review
I absolutely loved Sophie Kinsella's Finding Audrey. The book, for me, was an emotional roller coaster. Though Sophie Kinsella is writing about a serious topic, she found a way to have me laughing out loud through out the whole book. Along with laughing, I also found myself crying tears, happy and sad.
It was easy to relate to Audrey because of her hectic family. With Audrey having a video game loving brother and a mother totally against video games, the book relates to many modern day families.
If you are looking for a quick read I would definitely recommend Finding Audrey. Between the overwhelmingly cute romance, conflict, and just the overall story line, the book had me unable to put it down. When I finished the book, I was satisfied with the ending, but I was still left wanting a little bit more.
Throughout the book, Audrey starts to find her true self and to do that she must overcome many difficult obstacles. Audrey's journey impacted me greatly which I didn't expect when I started reading the book. I would definitely recommend this book to any teen or adult that enjoys romance and/or contemporary books.
